Tooth Extractions
Tooth Extractions: Text
What Leads to an Extraction?
There are many reasons why a tooth needs to be extracted as below:โโ
-
Badly infected teeth (abscess) where Root Canal Treatments aren't possible
-
Teeth that are fractured beyond repair
-
Advanced Periodontal disease
-
Failed Root Canal Treatments
โ
If you have been told that you need a tooth extracting or you have an appointment booked with us, we ask that you make sure you have eaten something before your appointment. We use local anaesthetic to thoroughly numb the area before extracting a tooth. We find that having something to eat beforehand will help the effectiveness of the anaesthetic and give you an overall better experience.
